• 4 flat screen tvs (1 outside: a 55 inch flat screen sits on a fireplace). In motion satellite and surround sound. TVs are programmed to Hulu, Netflix and Disney

• WiFi

• 2 bathrooms, 4 beds (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds)  

• A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Belgium waffle maker, commercial blender, mixer, and don't forget the Kuerig. Yes even a clothes washer and dryer!    

• Just ask for all bed linens, pillows, bath towels, pool & beach towels. We also have a bin with toys & sports stuff for the kids

• BBQ propane or charcoal available

• Outside table and chairs

• Outside games: Cornhole/Bocce Ball  

 

Pets: We are a pet friendly family, but recent experiences make us charge a $150 pet fee rather than saying no pets. This is a case by case discussion with each individual renter.
